In 2009, Sedale Simei and Barnes ‘Orion’ Nelson created the brand: Deeper Than Soca (DTS). From it’s inception, DTS has been geared towards effecting change and providing positive impact – with an overall goal to break the mold. As the company progressed, Sedale pilotted the use of the music and entertainment to positively impact and influence St. Lucians, West Indians, and people all across the globe.
Deeper Than Soca goes beyond just the music; it also encompasses clothing, entertainment and promotion but the overall vision will continue to unfold in the coming years. DTS also has plans to venture into philanthropic work as all the members are passionate about making a positive impact in St. Lucia, the rest of the region, and the world at large.
